Yasaman Sharif

Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, she moved to the States in 2006.

After becoming a member of the State Bar of California in 2014, she joined Sharif Faust Lawyers, Ltd.

Education

In 2010, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in French from the Ohio State University.  In 2013, she graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Leadership, Membership & Honors

While in law school, she served as a Senior Articles Editor at the Human Rights Quarterly which is a journal edited by the Urban Morgan Institute of Human Rights and published by The Johns Hopkins University Press.  Prior to joining Sharif Faust Lawyers, Ltd., Ms. Sharif interned/volunteered at the Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Order Clinic at Legal Aid Society of San Diego, University of Cincinnati Domestic Violence and Civil Protection Order Clinic at Legal Aid Society of Cincinnati, Legal Aid Society of Columbus, ProKids in Cincinnati, Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights in Washington D.C, and the Mondokio International News.
