Associate Attorney - Maria F. Zamora C.

Experience
Ms. Zamora joined Sharif | Faust Lawyers while in law school as a law clerk and continued as a post-bar law clerk until becoming an Associate Attorney with our firm. As a post-bar law clerk, Ms. Zamora assisted trial counsel in a fifteen (15) day trial. During this time, she assisted in pre-trial motions, witness outlines, trial exhibit management, case strategies, and post-trial motions. She has also assisted our attorneys in complex discovery disputes, from preparing various discovery requests and responses to drafting multiple discovery motions. Further, Ms. Zamora has assisted our attorneys in the preparation of Motions for Summary Judgment/Adjudication, depositions, ex parte hearings, and settlement agreements.

While in law school Ms. Zamora was the Secretary and Director of Public Relations of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Moot Court Honors Society and the Vice-President of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law’s Immigration Law Society. Ms. Zamora had the opportunity of being a Teacher Assistant for the Legal Writing II Course at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and was concurrently an Immigration Intern at the International Rescue Committee in San Diego.
