Matthew J. Faust
Mr. Faust is a shareholder of Sharif | Faust Lawyers, Ltd. His practice focuses primarily upon business and intellectual property matters, including primarily trial court and appellate court litigation. These claims focus primarily upon civil business law, but also includes trademark law, copyright law, employment law (employers and employees), and real estate matters as well. In conjunction with his litigation practice, Mr. Faust also assists clients negotiate and draft their transactional documents, including intellectual property licensing agreements and assignments, as well as purchase agreements, employment agreements, promissory notes, and corporate formations. Mr. Faust recognizes that each case is distinct and that litigation is but one aspect to resolve a case. Accordingly, he works with his clients to determine the best method of conflict resolution for them, and strives to put the client’s need first.
